I think it was because I didn’t use full-fat coconut milk to help absorb it.

But, it turned out well in spite of that and tasted even better over the next couple of days.

I have been waiting to have the oven repaired and wanted a no-bake solution for a treat and it was successful.

Hi, we haven’t tested that, but possibly! You could try carob powder in the brownie layer and carob chips in the ganache.
