These turned out amazing!! I would not even guess that they were gluten free. (I am new to gluten free baking.) I used Trader Joe’s gluten free flour which is mostly millet flour, and followed the recipe exactly. This was also my first time making muffins. So delicious, I will definitely be making again. Thank you!

I would like to try it with almond flour, too! I went ahead and experimented with 3/4 cup whole wheat subbing for the almond flour. I also used eggs and added and extra banana for moisture, as well as more avocado oil. Added a 1/2tsp of cinnamon. I really loved the level of sweetness in this one and will definitely make again.
