My absolute <em>favorite<\/em>&nbsp;portobello mushroom recipe at the moment is our <a href=\"https:\/\/minimalistbaker.com\/balsamic-portobello-burgers-with-caramelized-onions-garlic-aioli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Balsamic Portobello Burgers<\/a>. Think juicy portobello burgers with a creamy vegan garlic aioli sauce. It&#8217;s so good my eyes rolled back in my head when&nbsp;I took my first bite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since then, my affection for portobellos has grown into full blown obsession. Traditionally, stir fries are cooked in a wok with a small amount of hot oil and continuously stirred. Then add red pepper and broccolini to the pan and increase heat to medium-high. Saut\u00e9 for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-35299-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Add the green onion (optional) and any remaining portobello marinade and toss to coat. Cook for 1 minute. Then remove from heat and serve immediately.
